Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, one of the most popular forms of therapy today, focuses on our unhealthy thoughts and beliefs and helps us learn how to adjust them. The true power in CBT lies in the idea that often our thoughts and feelings are learned, which means they can be unlearned and healthy ones can replace them. In this program you’ll learn the basics of CBT and how to apply it to your own mind and life.

Tracking dreams over time can provide information for our creativity, our problem solving, and our well-being. In this course we remember to recognize how sleep dreams impact our moods either by how we wake up from them or by the way we actually work on our day state issues while sleeping. When we understand we live a 24-hour life, we interact with our dreams as part of our lifelong cycle of wholeness making. Dreams are central to our Self-awareness, our life expression, and, therefore, our wellbeing. With dreams as part of our fully living experience, we deepen our sense of consciousness in our waking state and begin to unpack the truth of our very brave and courageous experiences as humans.
Danielle Wise, PhD, has been a psychotherapist for over 20 years. She is trained in depth psychology, somatics (mind-body as a whole being), and relational trauma. She works with individuals and groups focusing on understanding self, the ability to recognize inner wisdom, and how our experiences support cycles of lifelong wholeness making. She has coached communication and self-awareness for over 30 years through her coaching practice and workshops to individuals, businesses, small groups, and through university undergraduate and graduate courses. As someone who lived through childhood relational trauma, which culminated into many unhealthy relationships as an adult from that learning, she has broken free of her trauma lineage. She is humbled daily with the opportunity to practice for both herself and also bring to others what has inspired her to a life more peaceful.

Through psychedelics and the work of integration, we have the opportunity to re-remember what we may have forgotten or excluded in ourselves, others, and the world. This obscured truth of our worthiness, resilience, and basic goodness. Psychedelic experiences can offer up the chance to re-work those often wounded places where we decided that we were not ok. We can have the opportunity to meet ourselves in a way that we always longed to be met. Received by a divine wisdom and feeling state that shows us what we need to see. We do not have to wait for the past to be over, because it already is. We just need to let it share with us what we need to learn so that we can let it go. Integration work can help us come to to this greater sense of acceptance inside. This work includes much more than language and thoughts; but rather symbols, body sensations, intuitions, emotional states, mystical experiences and more. It can be confusing and even overwhelming to metabolize the personal meaning of all this alone. It can be clarifying to sort through experiences with the careful presence of a supportive other so that the nuanced or subtle messages can be received. In this way psychedelics can inspire deep change in felt-sense and eventually through actions. First we allow ourselves to feel changed and then we can show up differently in our lives. This gives us the opportunity to re-work our primary relationships, inside and out. Safety, compassion, acceptance and celebration have a place in this therapeutic dynamic. Let's see what wants to happen within you.
